Ron Teal set out to clarify the "facts and fictions" surrounding Albany Glass, and this well-researched and documented title is the result of that goal.
This beautiful book, complete with a large, well-organized color section, also includes the letters, advertisements and other documentation historic to the Model Flint Glass Company. A price guide is included with this book.
Operating in Albany, Indiana, from 1893-1902, the Model Flint Glass Co. produced many types of tableware. Teal's book also provides a history of the company, which became one of 19 factories to join the National Glass Company in 1899.
A variety of patterns are featured, including:
- Albany,
- Alhambra,
- Fern,
- Grace,

A full rainbow of Albany's colors are represented, from cobalt blue to canary opalescent.
